- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- For vehicles or high-value items, additional verification or documentation may be required before shipment.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and item type.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather or logistics delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the item type, destination and selected delivery option. In general:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU:

- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup.

- Report damage within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence
- For lost packages, contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
