2. Scope of Legal Notices
We accept and respond to the following types of legal notices:

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Claims

Please include the following in your notice:

- The specific URL(s) or location of the alleged infringement

We may remove or disable content upon valid notice, and we reserve the right to notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).
4. GDPR & Data Protection Requests
If you are a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and wish to exercise your rights (e.g., Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection), please submit your request to:

We may request identity verification before processing your request. Responses will be issued within 30 days, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR.
5. Law Enforcement & Governmental Requests
We cooperate with authorities where required by law. Any request from law enforcement or government bodies must:
- Be issued by a competent authority
- Be legally binding under applicable jurisdiction
- Clearly specify the information or action requested
- Include the legal basis and purpose of the request
Non-urgent requests should be sent via email. For urgent matters involving imminent risk, please indicate “URGENT – Risk of Harm” in the subject line.

HABA Cars accepts no responsibility for dents , scratches or other damage that may occur when using our products, due to possible incorrect use. In case of damage, please contact the manufacturer of the product that caused the damage. HABA Cars also accepts no responsibility for any injury, irritation or other damage caused by our products. All products are safe to use, as long as used correctly.
